Data we process
Name, company, email address, phone number, the sector and product you are interested in, your message and any files you upload in the quote form. Your IP address is used briefly to protect the forms from abuse.
Purposes
To answer your request, prepare a quote, contact you and carry out the business relationship.
Collection and legal basis
Your data is collected electronically through these forms. The legal bases are Article 5(2)(c) of the law, being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and Article 5(2)(f), legitimate interest.
Transfers
Your data is shared only with our website hosting and email service providers, as needed to provide this service. Our email runs on Google services, so your data may be processed on servers abroad. Your data is not passed to third parties for marketing.
Retention
After your request is closed, your data is kept for as long as the business relationship and legal obligations require.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the law you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and the recipients, ask for incomplete or wrong data to be corrected or for data to be erased, object to the outcome of processing, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
